• "Estimated Price" ranges are subject to final confirmation based on availability

3. Authenticity Guarantee

Every timepiece sold by AVC Timepieces is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Our expert horologists thoroughly inspect and authenticate each watch before listing. We provide documentation of authenticity with every purchase.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Wire Transfer (for direct buy purchases)
• Cashier's Check
• In-person payment at our Miami location

For wire transfer purchases, payment must be received and cleared before shipment. Orders are held for 72 hours awaiting payment before being released.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer fully insured shipping via FedEx for all domestic orders. International shipping is available upon request. Shipping times and costs vary based on destination.

• Domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment clears
• All shipments require signature upon delivery
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the high-value nature of luxury watches, all sales are final. However, we may consider returns in the following circumstances:

• The item received differs significantly from its description
• The item is proven to be not authentic (which will never happen)
• The item was damaged during shipping

Return requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery. The watch must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories and documentation.

7. Selling Your Watch

If you submit a watch for sale consideration through our website, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You are the legal owner of the watch or authorized to sell it
• The watch is free from liens or encumbrances
• Our offer (if made) is valid for 48 hours
• We are under no obligation to purchase any watch submitted
